Orwell's CrossFit session is one hour long with a focus on functional fitness. We teach you the skills and drills needed to progress from one week to the next. You will take on a different WOD every time you attend alongside likeminded people in a friendly, fun environment.
Our OC classes are high energy workouts designed for fat loss, muscle tone and full body strength and conditioning. These classes are more challenging than your average boot camp class but less complex than a typical WOD. We don’t use barbells in these classes, nor do we use the rig.
